The second tier is a special donburi featuring Kaluga hybrid caviar, Bafun uni, negitoro and shima aji layered over our house seasoned sasanishiki rice.
One half of the donburi is an interpretation of the sushi creations that Chef Sky secured his respective World Sushi Cup championship titles with. Nori sheets offer you the option of creating your own handrolls.
